Adelmis Bohigas Naderpour is the owner and manager shareholder of ABN Law Group. Her litigation and mediation practice is primarily focused on marital and family law. She represents clients in a wide variety of complicated cases involving dissolution of marriage, child custody and timesharing, child and spousal support, valuation and division of business ownership interests, division of retirement benefits, stock and investment accounts, real property claims and disposition and other sophisticated financial issues, post-judgment enforcement proceedings (including collection of child support and alimony arrearage), post-judgment modification proceedings, relocation, paternity, stepparent adoption and domestic violence.
Ms. Naderpour was born in Cuba and came to the United States with her family at the age of 11. She graduated from Miami Springs Sr. High School in 1986 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University with a double major in Finance and Marketing. Following her dream of becoming an attorney, she attended law school in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated cum laude from New England Law School in 1994. While in law school, she excelled academically and was awarded the New England Scholar Award for Superior Academic Achievement and the West Law Publishing Corporation Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement. She was also a member of the Charles Hamilton Houston Enrichment Program Honor Society. As a law student, she was selected to participate in a summer internship at Harvard Law School. She also interned at the office of the Attorney General in Boston, Massachusetts, and worked as a student at the New England Law School clinic where she discovered her passion for family law as she provided legal representation to low income families. After graduating from law school, she returned home to Miami, Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Thereafter, she began her legal career as an associate in a prestigious family law firm in downtown Miami, and after acquiring ten years of legal experience, she opened her own law firm in 2004.
Ms. Naderpour has over two decades of experience practicing law in South Florida. She zealously and effectively advocates for her clients in negotiations, court proceedings, and trials. Ms. Naderpour is committed to protecting the interests of her clients through meaningful legal representation.
